The series seeks to highlight and honour the work of these artists and celebrate the pathbreaking and continuing relevance of their work for aspiring artists in Pakistan.
About The Marblous Four
The Marblous Four is a Punjabi comedy/fantasy web series reviving the traditional game of five stones with a magical twist. Developed as part of the Forecast mentorship program in Berlin, the series follows Guddo, an outcast in Geetapur, as she rallies three estranged children to play the game of five stone and protect their village from a malevolent Wizard.
About the Speakers:Hamza Baig
Hamza Baig is a Pakistan-based filmmaker and multimedia artist. Since 2019, he has produced 15 professional projects—including films, series, and documentaries—under his banner, Pareidolia Films. His work has garnered awards and been exhibited both nationally and internationally. He was also a recipient of the Neela Asmaan Residency in Shigar, and a Mentorship Nominee at Forecast Forum Berlin, during which time he created The Marblous Four. He has produced non-fiction work for the International Labour Organization, virtual reality and video installation work for the Lahore Digital Arts Festival, and fictional work for Dastak, among other notable projects. His work has been featured in prominent publications such as Tagesspiegel, Clot Magazine, TechJuice, and Berliner Abendblatt. Hamza currently works as a Motion Graphics Designer with Edge.
Ayesha Baig
Ayesha Baig is a Pakistan-based fashion and lifestyle influencer known for creating visually stunning content, blending her keen eye for art and design. With a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from Iqra University, Islamabad, Ayesha has collaborated with numerous notable fashion and lifestyle brands. She also served as an executive producer on The Marblous Four.
Rajaa Khan
Rajaa Khan is an Islamabad-based Product Manager with a passion for creative projects. She served as an assistant director on The Marblous Four, gaining valuable experience in production and collaboration. This role allowed her to apply her creative skills in a practical setting, shaping her approach to various projects. Rajaa holds a degree in Mass Communication from NUST, majoring in Production, which provided a strong foundation in media and storytelling, further influencing her work.
