Dr. Haider is a Clinical Psychologist, and Clinical Psychologist Supervisor registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Authority and Psychology Board of Australia (ID: PSY000189619). She holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists, Australia (ID: 167694). She has over 12 years of experience working within the New South Wales (NSW) mental health facilities, ranging from a private hospital, community mental health services, private practice, tertiary psychological services and corporates.

Dr. Haider has worked as a health researcher in New South Wales, Australia, evaluating and improving the psychologist use of evidence-based practice and its impact on patients in compensable settings. Her findings have been presented to the NSW government and published in peer-reviewed journals.
