Aaishay Haque is a Teaching Fellow at the LUMS School of Education and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar.
At LUMS, Aaishay teaches undergraduate courses including Behavior Analysis for Effective Teaching, Motivation and Learning, Autism and Intellectual Disability, and Introductory Psychology. Her teaching draws on principles of behavioral science, educational psychology, and evidence-based practice to explore how individuals learn, develop, and interact with their environments. Through her involvement in the undergraduate Educational Psychology major, she contributes to an interdisciplinary approach to understanding learning, behavior, and human development, with particular emphasis on translating psychological theory and research into effective educational practice.
Alongside her academic role, Aaishay maintains an active clinical practice in applied behavior analysis, working primarily with children receiving early intervention services. Her clinical work focuses on developing verbal behavior, fostering increasingly complex communication and social skills, and promoting greater independence in everyday life through individualized, evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Aaishay is also actively involved in teacher development, having conducted numerous workshops with educators in local schools through clinical collaborations and professional education initiatives. Her work reflects a broader commitment to bridging behavioral science, clinical practice, and education, with an emphasis on making evidence-based approaches accessible and applicable to teachers, families, and other professionals.
Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of behavior analysis, educational psychology, learning and motivation, developmental disabilities, and inclusive education.
